Should I use the facilities before or after treatments?
We recommend that you use the spa facilities before starting your treatments in order to gain the maximum benefit from the products used. This will also help to further enhance your day by allowing time to relax before being pampered. Please allow enough time for this before arriving for your treatments.
When should I arrive for my treatment?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will allow time to discuss your treatment and any concerns or special requests you may have. All appointment times include time to change, consultation and recommendations. If you are late for your appointment time, we may not be able to perform the full treatment. Late arrivals will be charged the full balance of the original treatment booked.
